Contact Us

The best way to reach us is by email: [email protected]. We are a small independent publisher with no office or postal address, so email is the only contact channel. We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Good reasons to write

  • You spotted an error in a review, such as a wrong dose, price or source.
  • A product’s label, price or refund policy has changed since we wrote about it.
  • You have a question about how we review or how our affiliate links work.
  • You want to send a privacy request, such as asking us to delete your email.
  • You have a supplement you would like us to look at.

Correction requests

Please include the page link, what you think is wrong and a source if you have one. We check every request against the source. If we made a mistake, we fix it and, for changes to facts, doses, prices or safety points, add a note to the review. Our editorial policy explains how corrections work.

What we cannot help with

  • Personal medical advice. We cannot tell you whether a supplement is right for you, how much to take or whether it is safe with your medication. Please ask your doctor or pharmacist. See our medical disclaimer.
  • Orders, shipping and refunds. We do not sell products, so we cannot see, change, cancel or refund an order. Please contact the seller’s customer support. Their email or phone number is usually on the official site, the order confirmation email or the product label.
  • Emergencies. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911.

Brands and sellers

We do not accept payment for reviews or for changes to reviews. If you see a factual error about your product, send it with a source and we will check it like any other correction. Read our affiliate disclosure for how we earn money.

Read the label first. Then decide.

The Well BrewSupplement reviews, brewed slow

Slow, plain-language supplement reviews. We read the label, compare each dose with the research and work out the real cost. Edited by Maya Ellison.

The Well Brew is general information, not medical advice. Dietary supplements are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness before they are sold. Talk to your doctor before you start, stop or combine supplements. Some links are affiliate links: if you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and it never changes what we report.
