Vertigo Exercises: Epley Maneuver and Home Moves

Dark featured card reading Vertigo Exercises: Epley Maneuver Steps, with the number 56% and the caption cleared with the Epley maneuver

The Epley maneuver is the vertigo exercise with the best evidence for BPPV, the common inner-ear cause of spinning when you roll over or look up. In pooled trials it cleared symptoms in 56% of people versus 21% with sham moves. Brandt-Daroff exercises help less. Sudden dizziness with trouble walking, seeing or speaking needs 9-1-1, not exercises.
